Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 4 years and 8 months old
Hi. I adopted and brought home a 4 yo, previously domesticated (probably) and then abandoned cat. She got a clean bill of health at the shelter. She peed a lot in the carrier on the way home on thursday. She didn't eat until Friday evening. She wont eat the dry food, only wet. She has drank an okay amount of water. BUT, she has yet to pass any waste. I've checked everywhere, and my sense of smell is bad, but i really don't think she's gone. I'm worried that she isn't peeing.

Congrats on your new cat, but I'm sorry you are worried about Judith! I'm assuming since you are in the US, it's probably Saturday night there. Given that she didn't eat until Friday night, she may not have ingested enough wet food or water to pee just yet. Because she did do a large pee on Thursday, I'm not too concerned just yet. Moving into a new home is stressful for a cat, and it will take a few days for her to adjust. I would keep leaving out wet food for her, and monitor to see if she has peed. If you feel she hasn't peed by Monday, then bring her into the vet for an exam. I hope this helps!

I would recommend that you have your older cat checked out by a vet as soon as possible. Not urinating in 24 hours could indicate a serious illness and is considered a medical emergency. It is possible that she is urinating somewhere else and is experience a lot of stress from the new cat. You should add a second litter box in a different area, and maintain separate food and water bowls to make sure she has plenty of space and privacy to eat.
