Lydia most likely has a kennel cough which is a bacterial upper respiratory infection. Since she has green eye discharge and isn't drinking she probably has a fever. I recommend a veterinary exam to confirm the diagnoses and they will give her antibiotics. She will need to stay quiet and rest for a week or two while she recovers. If this is kennel cough it is contagious so please keep her away from other dogs until she has fully recovered. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Lydia.
