My unneutered dog's penis bled after humping. Is it an emergency?

we just rescued two maltese looking mixes yesterday from running in traffic and they didn't have tags or look well cared for. We plan to take to vet on monday to get checked out. Both are unneutered males. Just now the younger seeming one was air humping the older dog, his giant penis came out, he ejaculated and blood came out too. Google says possible urinary tract infection or more likely problem with prostrate. Do we need to immediately go to emergency Vet? We are VERY low income. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 12 lbs

This can wait until Monday morning unless the dog looks in severe discomfort from this. if this is not a young dog then a Prostate disease is very likely (cancer or infection), this definitely needs to be treated ASAP but it is not always an emergency.
