Swelling like this can happen with muscle injury, bruising under the skin, or with fractures. The severity of the injury is generally related to how much she is limping. If she is not using the leg, then I would be worried about a fracture and/or nerve injury. This would require a visit to a veterinarian within 24 hours. If she just has a slight lump, then it's likely just soft tissue swelling. In this case, it would still be best to have a vet evaluate her, but is not as urgent. I hope that helps and Bella gets better soon.
