My cat's face burned by hot water, won't eat. What should I do?

Someone spilled hot water in the face of my cat. He doesnt want to eat he just drink a littke amount of water. What to do with his bruises and his eating habit? Please answer thanks. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 13.22 lbs

Oh no, poor Bubbles! He could have serious burns from having hot water spilled in his face, and this will be very painful for him. The pain may be preventing him from eating. He really does need to see a vet as soon as possible. He needs his burns treated and pain medications, which the vet can do. Please do NOT give him any human pain medications, as many are toxic to cats and are fatal if given. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
