Is puppy dandruff normal? What causes flaky skin on young dogs?

My puppy's skin sort of looks like it has dandruff, is that normal? You can't really see in the picture, but I can see it. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 7 days old | 9 lbs

Well Twix is still pretty young so the skin is changing. I would think that the skin is flaky secondary to young age. Of course nutrition and parasites can also cause abnormal skin. I would recommend discussing it with your vet at Twix's next vet appointment. Hope that helps
