Giving Harley plenty of exercise in the evening by either walking or playing may help get him tired and should reduce this behavior. In addition keeping him busy with a chew toy in his crate, or giving him a Kong toy with some peanut butter inside will distract him. I would also consider having him neutered. Another idea is to put him outside or in another room when he starts this and soon he will learn that if he behaves himself he can stay with you. Be patient and try several things and you should be able to,stop this behavior. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Harley.
