My cat has grey eye goo but no other symptoms. Should I be concerned?

My cat has had grey goo in the corner of his eye for almost 24 hours his eyes are not itchy or squinty or runny. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 9 lbs

Grey goo near the eye with no other signs of inflammation such as redness of eye or yellow/green discharge, squinting the eye or pawing at the eye, it is nothing to worry about especially if it is a small amount. If it gets worse or if other signs are seen as mentioned above, you may want to take her into her veterinarian for an eye exam.
