Can I leave my 11 week old pup home alone for 7 hours if she has plenty of space and food and water and I also have a neighbour to check in on her throughout the day. Pet's info: Dog | Cockapoo | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 13 days old

Yes you can, absolutely no problem just as long as it is not on a daily basis, at this age it is not recommended to leave her by herself for too long on a permanent basis due to potential future behavioral issues.
