My lab puppy has fever since 2 days and is not eating anything.what medicine can i give to him.is paracetamol appropriate. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 1 day old | 34 lbs

Paracetamol and any other human fever meds are toxic to dogs, do not use them! If Brudo is not eating he must be very ill, you need to take him to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked and treated, he might be suffering from an infection that will require an antibiotic course.
