My dog has ear mites. When can he play with other dogs again?

my dog started treatment for ear mites on wednesday he was give stronghold and we are using canaural ear drop. how long do i need to keep him away/ from other dogs to prevent them from getting the mite aswell. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 2 years and 8 months old | 47 lbs
