Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Male | neutered | 7 years and 1 month old | 17 lbs
So I have 5 cats living in the household 3 belong to me and the other two belong to my sister in law. One of her cats Louie came back from the vet not to long ago maybe a week but lately he's been vomiting and he's also be having diarrhea and missing the litter box. When she took him to the vet they said it could be due to stress since my sister in law is moving. But it's really concerning knowing he's missing the litterbox , he has diarrhea, and he's vomiting

I am very sorry this must be upsetting for you all. It is very possibly stress related. The veterinarian should be able to prescribe a medication to reduce stress during the moving process as well as a probiotic to help restore normal gut function. Your sister in law should be able to call and ask for a prescription for these medications as she has already had Louie seen by the veterinarian for this issue.
