Why is my thin 2-year-old cat having noisy, uncontrollable diarrhea?

My cat is two and he is very thin, like he is starving, he can't hold his bowls, he makes strange noises before he passes his bowls, do you know what it is

Poor Smokey! He could have an infection or parasite causing the problem so he should be examined by a vet. Take a stool sample so your vet can test it to help determine the cause. The fact that he is thin is very concerning and he should be examined as soon as possible so treatment can be started.
