my cat ate the dog's 8 mg Apoquel tablet. what should I do? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 12.5 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! The use of apoquel in is not common place yet. Some Vet are starting to use it. The dose is 5.4mg/adult cat. But the dose isn't based on conclusive studies. I think that Toast will be fine. We just don't know the side effects well in cats. But I think that one slightly increased dose shouldn't be a problem.
