My dog has small red bumps on his back. Are they warts or serious?

My rough walder dog has tow small red bump on his back the size of a eraserhead, could you tell me please what they are and if they're serious? Thank you so much for you help (frankyaugo gmail.com)

This is a wart which is benign skin growth. Many dogs get these as they age. They are nothing to be overly concerned about unless they are in an area that gets irritated or if Caesar is chewing on them making them bleed.
