My cats have URI and keep passing it. What home remedies help?

My cat is coughing, yellow discharge in eyes, went to vet got amoxicillian and eye medicine. But they all just keep passing it around. What can I do as a home remedies. Two outside have it. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 1 year old | 4 lbs

If they are very congested, then you can do a steam bath at home.
