Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | spayed | 20 years and 5 months old | 11 lbs
I have a rescue cat that's 20 and half years old, lately she's been having trouble at her litter box she's not always getting her business in the box these days, This morning I found 2 poops outside of it and a piddle that ended up being done half in and half out. Last week she fell off of the bedroom window sill during the night and I throw gout more food that she eats, My mom says it's time to put her to sleep, but I hate to have to even think of that, she's healthy otherwise.

So sorry that she is having problems and it is always a very difficult decision. Have her examined by a vet to see if there is anything that can be done to make her more conformable. She might be having hip and/or back pain making it difficult to get in the litter box. An anti-inflammatory or pain medications may help make her more comfortable and improve the quality of her life. If not, then it might be time to consider euthanasia. 20 years old is amazing and she is certainly lucky that you rescued her!
