My dog has a contagious wart. Should I use Bixbi or Preparation H?

According to Teddy's doggie day care he has one wart under his chin. They suggested rest and use Bixbi Imunine powder in his food. They said it's contagious and won't be let back in until it's gone. I called his vet and they only suggested to use preparation H on the wart. Does all of this sound accurate? Any suggestions would be welcome. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 9 months and 7 days old | 78 lbs

Based on what your doggie day care told you, they think Teddy has a viral papilloma. It is very common in puppies and usually resolves without treatment, but is considered contageous. I have not used Preparation H because normally the lesions are near the mouth, and I don't want a dog ingesting that.
