My kitten lost a patch of hair on the back of his ear and head, and I just knew it was ring worm. So I started treating it with a cream and his hair is now starting to grow back. I figured this meant that the ringworm was going away. I bought antifungal pet shampoo yesterday for baths to hopefully quicken the healing time. After bathing him I noticed he has two, TINY circular spots on one of his feet. They are so small that I can't tell if it's ringworm too or a insect bite. Help?

They could be ringworm lesions also so treating them as well with the topical and antifungal shampoo is a good idea. Please wash your hands after petting and treating Dipper as you can get ringworm also. Kittens often get over ringworm as they grow older and their immune system matures and fights off the infection. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Dipper.
