My dog is limping and in pain after a fall. What should I do?

Between Aug 10-13, diamond jumped from the back of a non moving truck. She has been limping ever since. On the 14th of sep, she started whining if she moves the wrong way. How long should she be limping? Is there anything i can give her for pain? Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 22 days old | 70 lbs

Since she's been lame for a week, an exam with your veterinarian would be recommended. X-rays to diagnose fractures may be indicated after a physical exam. There are very few OTC medications you can give a dog for pain at home. Most are toxic or easy to overdose. Do not medicate Diamond without the advice of your veterinarian.
