I got my dog a comfycone. He is 3lb and I was wondering if it covers his face enough for when he gets neuterred in 1 week. He is not used to an e collar so in the pics he may look sad. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered | 2 years and 1 month old | 3.5 lbs

It will depend ... he is right on the edge of it being too small and him able to push it down and lick the areas. His nose sticks out and that is the concerning part. On little dogs, their necks are very slender so the collars slip down to the shoulders and allow the nose to stick out farther and reach the affected areas. You can also try to push his nose to the groin and see if it reaches. to be safe, I would go up a size.
