It's excellent that you are trying to brush Rocky's teeth. However, I wouldn't recommend using hydrogen peroxide to clean Rocky's teeth as it will likely make him resistant to brushing due to its bad taste. If too much peroxide is swallowed it can also cause vomiting. There are good options for dog toothpaste available. Virbac CET is a good option and comes in flavors that dogs tend to like. Even just water on a toothbrush had been shown to be helpful. I hope this is helpful and good luck brushing!
