Why is my 11-month-old dog's hip weak, shivering, and causing falls?

Pet's info: Dog | German Spitz | Male | unneutered | 9 lbs

My dog is 11 months old.... Male dog..... While standing and while walking his hip is not strong and steady hip is shivering and hind legs also... He is falling down while walking.. I don't know why... Pls sugesst me anything.... I don't know what problem he is having....

That is definitely concerning. Young dogs can have problems such as hip dysplasia, a disorder called Legg Calf Perthes disease that causes damage to the hip, problems with the spine that can cause weakness, Among others. An evaluation by your veterinarian and possible X-rays may help identify the cause and develop a plan for treatment. I hope this gives you someplace to start! I hope he improves quickly!
