Why does my unspayed dog have stomach pain after vet check?

Hello, My dog has been having stomach issues. Her tummy tightens up, she walks with her back up, and grunts in pain. I took her to the vet. They did blood work and xrays and said everything was normal. They recommended a bland diet. I did that along with pumpkin puree and nothing has changed. It has been almost 2 weeks now. Any advice you can give? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 7 months old | 12 lbs

As she is unspayed i strongly suspect a uterine infection, it can often be missed on blood test and xray. i strongly recommend taking her urgently to the vet for a recheck, an ultrasound needs to be done and bloods needs to be repeated, if this is what i suspect, she will need an emergency surgery to have her uterus removed.
