My skittish dog's spay incision looks red. What are e-collar alternatives?

Hi my dog was recently spayed (2-3 days ago) wanted to ask to see if this looks okay. And also, she is really skittish, so I cannot put a e-collar on her without her potentially hurting herself/ruining the stiches so my husband has been staying up all night with her and then I have her during the day, this is obviously not ideal. I saw the after surgery body suit type thing, is that acceptable to use or should I not purchase? Are there any other alternatives that aren't an e-collar?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It looks a little red but it could just be the coloring of the picture. As long as there is no heat, swelling or discharge it should be ok. There is a doughnut collar that may work- it blows up around the neck. A shirt would work too. One of those should help you out.
