My 17 year old dog is having a hard time with her back end. She has a hard time walking on her back legs, they are generally bent a bit. If they are straight they kind of drag. She either kind of falls or circles around (not like they normally do) to be able to lay down. Half of the time we have to lift her to help her back up. Her poop just falls out of her, I don't think she has much feeling in her back end. We have been giving her Cosequin DS for a couple of weeks. I dontbknow whatvto do for

Poor Cheeba! I am so sorry that she is having this problem. Your vet could try an anti-inflammatory and see if that helps. Otherwise, it might be time to talk to your vet about her quality of life and possible euthanasia. If she can't stand up, keeps falling over, and can't control her bowels then her quality of life is probably poor. So sorry.
