My Doxie's neck is swollen and seeping after Benadryl. Hot spot?

See attached photos my Doxie has this on his neck thought it might be a bee sting gave benadryl about a hour later it was looking more like a hot spot with seeping

Poor Oliver. Yes, that area looks very swollen and irritated. It may have started as an insect bite or sting, but since it appears moist, it may now be a hot spot. It is swollen enough, that you will likely need for him to see your vet to prescribe antibiotics and possibility some pain medication or a medication to decrease the swelling. In the meantime, if you have topical medication (wipes or a spray) from a previous hot spot, you could use that tonight until you are able to see your vet. Since it is a possible bee sting, if Oliver has any problems breathing or swallowing, please seek medical attention immediately. I hope that was helpful!
