Hylyt shampoo may be helpful in a dog with atopic dermatitis. My preference is a shampoo and creme rinse called Epi-Soothe which contains colloidal oatmeal. We use the shampoo followed by the creme rinse. This will be need to be used in conjunction with other treatments in most cases of atopy.
