This could be due to a bulging or ruptured intervertebral disc, causing pressure on the spinal cord resulting in ataxia and progressing to paralysis I recommend immediate treatment Your veterinarian will do a neurological assessment and perhaps an X-ray or blood tests to determine the diagnosis and will start treatment right away so hopefully Bubbas will regain the use of his legs. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Bubbas.

I'm sorry to hear Bubba isn't feeling well. An issue like you are describing can have multiple causes, including neurologic issues, orthopedic discomfort, or an underlying medical issue. Neurologically we would be concerned about vestibular (inner ear or vertigo) disease, a spinal issue, or a growth of some kind. I would recommend he be evaluated by his regular veterinarian to determine the underlying cause for his issues and start any treatment that he may need. Good luck!
