My 8-week puppy is always wet with pee. Is it a UTI or excitement?

I have a 8 week old golden retriever pup. She is constantly wet around her bum with pee. We secluded her from the other pups to watch her and she peed small little amounts 3x when I was feeding her treats and petting her. I know it could be from excitement but it's a constant thing for her. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 27 days old | 7 lbs

Maisy may have a urinary tract infection or she may have a congenital defect with in her urinary system (ectopic ureter). I would schedule an appointment with your Vet and bring a urine sample for them to check for infection. I hope this helps and I wish Maisy a speedy recovery!
