Why is my baby chick gasping, unbalanced, and breathing fast?

Hi my baby chick is not doing so well he or she is gasping for air and is loosing it's balance please help me I'm a new chick owner a beginning please I want her or him to get better and is also rapidly breathing what should I do. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | unspayed
