My dog has black spots spreading on his belly. Are they mold?

My 3yr old pitbull started getting some random black spots on his belly and I'm the last 2- 3 days they have spread all over. They look like mold spots . I do have pictures. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered

With your description, I would suspect either a skin infection (bacterial or fungal) or skin tumors. I would suggest having Casper examined by a veterinarian to further determine what these spots may be in order to get Casper the most appropriate treatment.
