My mates dog had puppy's he has given them away to be hand raised and now wants them back would mum kill them and what damage would it to pups there have been on the bottle for 2 days

Reintroducing the pups to the mom may be risky. She may automatically take them back and being nursing again. However she may ignore them and refuse to nurse them, and in a worse case scenario, she may harm the pups. And, after not nursing for 2 days, she may not be producing milk. If you do decide to reintroduce the pups they will need to be monitored very closely for the first few days when they are back with the mom to ensure that she will not harm them and that she will nurse them.
