How often should I give my dog milk thistle and how should I mix it?

I have 175 mg powdered milk thistle I know I can give him up to a 200 mg a day but how many times a day should I give it to him and should I mix it with anything. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 10 months and 15 days old | 8 lbs

You only need to give the milk thistle once a day. It will probably be easiest if you mix it in with Andy's food so he doesn't realize it is there. It may mix more easily in canned or moisten food than in dry kibble. You could also dissolve it in water and feed it to him through a syringe if he won't eat it on the food.
