My puppy has a stuffy nose, discharge, and chokes. Is it serious?

My 5 month old lab seems to have a stuffy nose and congested, while he sleeps there also seems to be a clear/white discharge and he seems to choke on it sometimes. Should I be worried about these symptoms. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 26 days old | 50 lbs

From your description it sounds as Mookie is suffering from an upper respiratory infection. in most cases these type of infection are not too severe, but because of his young age it would be wise to to the vet to get it checked as he might need a course of antibiotics and possibly some cough medications as well.
