Infections of the uterus (called pyometra) can sometimes present this way, and they can be deadly if not treated. She may also have a vaginitis or urinary tract infection that needs treatment. Hello sorry to hear about Molly. I would be concerned with fluid in her uterus. This fluid could be infectious or non-infectious. That is this could be a pyometra or infection of her uterus. The best way to diagnose an infected uterus would be to sample some of the fluid in her uterus as well as obtain bloodwork and an abdominal ultrasound. Ideally, you should have this evaluated by your veterinarian immediately as a pyometra can be quite detrimental to health. Hope this helps and best wishes.

It sounds as Willow is suffering from an eye infection, it is relatively common in dogs. you will need to take her to the vet the first chance you get, the vet will check the eyes, if it is indeed a simple eye infection your vet will prescribe an antibiotic eye drops that will probably solve the problem in no time.

Your poor pup! If she isn't spayed, I would be very concerned that she has a pyometra. This is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment, and it would cause a white discharge as well as vomiting. It sounds like your vet may have been suspicious she had a pyometra and tried treating it medically with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Unfortunately the medical route often isn't successful, and surgery is needed to treat it. This means spaying her. I would take her back into the vet immediately, as this is a medical emergency. Pyometra is a serious uterine infection that happens in unspayed female dogs. It results in their uterus filling with pus and requiring an emergency hysterectomy (spay). Your mention of her abdomen appearing to change in size also concerns me that a swollen uterus could be causing this effect. I would recommend taking her in for a vet check as soon as possible. They will likely recommend bloodwork and x-rays as a starting point to check her uterus size, white blood cell count, and make sure her other organs, such as kidneys and liver, are functioning well.
