Holly is probably suffering from a uterine infection (pyometra). this is an emergency condition, you must take her to the vet urgently and she will need to have a surgery done to have her uterus removed ASAP.

This sign could be compatible with the presence of a pyometra (uterine infection). A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed. Pyometra is a medical emergency and requires immediate treatment.
