Hi there and thank you for using Pet Coach! The bumps in the photos look similar to what we call sebaceous adenomas, which are benign most of the time and rarely cause problems. If they begin to change in color or size and become painful or irritating to Karlie, I would have your veterinarian take a look at them as sometimes these can be frozen off using a freezing solution or surgically removed. I would continue to monitor these bumps and if you notice the changes as mentioned above, then have your vet examine Karlie. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any further questions you might have. I am available to consult with by phone or text as well.

Hi there. Those bumps on Karly could be several things. Most common would be sebaceous (or oils gland) cysts. However, one does look a little red which could indicate that they are pustules or skin infection called pyoderma. Certainly other causes such as cancer but that is less likely. A veterinarian can take a needle sample and look under the microscope to tell you for sure and help guide you as to whether or not it needs treatment. Thanks for using pet coach!
