Puppy's paw stuck in door, blood on nail. He seems fine, should I worry?

this morning my puppy's paw got stuck between the door. he is 14 weeks old rottweiler. ther was a bit of blood around one of his nails, i cleaned it up and put a icepack on his paw. he is sleeping right now and before sleeping i was playing with him to test if he was limping or not and he seems fine do in need to be worried. i also checked his foot to see if he reacted bij holding it and spreading the toes out and he didn't react different from his other paws. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 6 days old | 27.1 lbs
