My dog had a tooth pulled. Is bleeding and slobbering normal?

My dog had his left canine extracted today, and he now has a little bit of bleeding on his bed from slobbering and some seeping from the suture site. Is this normal, or should I be concerned? He only ate soft food watered down to a soup like consistency and he is wearing an e-collar. He has had his head dangling at moments when he is laying on his bed. Pet's info: Dog | Weimaraner | Male | neutered | 100 lbs

That is completely normal. Inappetence and mild to moderate bleeding has to be expected after this extraction (which is certainly a major one). If the signs persist 36hours after surgery a check up is needed, otherwise I would not be extremely worried about it.
