My horse's shoulder twitches after exercise. What should I do?

My horse is a speed horse. After I finish doing a run with her her (mostly left) shoulder starts to twitch if I don't walk her out right away. What should I do? Pet's info: Farm Animal | Horse | Female | 17 years and 5 months old
