Pet's info: Dog | Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 41 lbs
My 3year old Bull terrier female, is leaking/urinates. She is well trained and never has any problems? It seems like she has no control of this and I was wondering where this stems from. It has happened in the past but stopped thus I was not too alarmed, please advise? Attached is a pic of something that has appeared on her lip last night, I don't think its related to the above mentioned but wanted to include it just incase?

Hi there! Sounds like Roselee has two different issues. The thing on her lip may be what is called a histiocytoma. Here is a link to an article about this: https://www.veterinarypartner.com/Content.plx?P=A&S=0&C=0&A=1676 The urinary issue is likely urinary incontinence: https://www.veterinarypartner.com/Content.plx?P=A&S=0&C=0&A=1724 If the lump on his lip is a histiocytoma it may likely go away on it's own. The urinary incontinence can be managed with medications if that is what she has. The other option is she may have a urinary tract infection. I would suggest you get her to the vet for this issue and mention the lump on the lip and see what your vet says about it. So, bottom line is that I would take her in for an exam. It's not an emergency but I would say try to do that in the next week. Hope this helps. Best wishes!
