Why is my dog vomiting blood and pooping black sticky stool?

hi. my dog is ate chicken, rice and dog food yesterday evening. Then at 12 midnight he throes up all the food that he ate and there are also blood included in the saliva that he throws. He poop this morning with color black sticky poop. May I know what should I do? Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | 1 year and 1 month old

It sounds as Jet is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
