My cat slipped in the tub and is limping. Is she seriously hurt?

I was playing with my cat, and i placed her in a tub with barely any water in it and she slipped and struggled to get out. didnt help in fear of hurting. She limped and cried for a few minutes, and then after half hour she was fine and walking fine. I picked hr up several hours later and she cried in pain and is limping again. Will take to vet ASAP. Any suggestions as to what may have happened? i feel terrible and that it is my fault she is hurt. I am afraid she will be taken from me by vet. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 2 years and 1 month old | 15 lbs
