Both of these signs indicate that she has an infection. One of the reproductive tract and one of the skin. Having two infections at once is quite concerning that Olie has an underlying problem that may be making her immune system weak. It would be best to have a vet doctor examine her and see what the problems are. I recommend doing this soon, because infections of the uterus can be especially dangerous and cause life-threatening complications if not cleared soon enough. The skin infection can be helped by doing the following: 1) Get a medicated shampoo from the pet store that contains benzoyl peroxide or chlorhexidine. 2) Wash your dog with cool water and massage the shampoo into the skin for 15 minutes. 3) Rinse, then apply an antibacterial cream (can usually get this at the pet shop too) to the spots. You can repeat this bath every day until it gets better. However, this is not substitute for the vet, so please do get her seen soon. I hope that helps and Olie gets better soon.
