My puppy has yellow, pus-filled bumps on his tummy. What is it?

Chowder has tiny cyst-looking on his tummy, im not sure if its the right term, but i will attach a photo. Perhaps you could help me what medicine I need to use for his condition . I think it has yellowish-substance inside of it , it's called "nana" here in cebu . Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 28 days old

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It looks like Chowder has a skin infection. This is common in puppies due to their weak immune system. I recommend taking him to a vet for oral antibiotics. You can try bathing him in puppy shampoo and make sure he is fully dry, but oral antibiotics are needed to cure the pustules.
