Hi I have miniature schanuzer that keeps running about the house asif in pain but when look and feel there's no visible problem. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 10 months old | 17.6 lbs

Poor Dougal! If the behavior continues then he should be examined by a vet to determine the cause and treat. Your vet can do a complete examination and then prescribe medications to treat. He may need an anti-inflammatory to treat.
