My 8-month Husky has severe hair loss & patches. Why isn't vet medicine working?

Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | unneutered | 20 lbs

I have Siberian husky of 8 months he is having sever hair fall n I have noticed patches on his back near tail. I had visited vet n he gave 2 medicine safe skin lotion it's contents are ( clobetasol propionate ofloxacin, miconazole nitrate n zinc sulphate lotion) n Gutwell it's supplement. But hair loss is sever not n patches have increased. Now patches r on face also. Is it very sever. Climate here is 34 degree Celsius

Hi there and thank you for your post! Judging from the photos you have provided and seeing that Prince is a young dog, I would suspect demodex mites as the primary cause. Allergies is another possibility but I would have Prince examined by your vet to have the appropriate tests performed (such as a skin scraping to check for mites) to get Prince the most appropriate treatment.
