My 8-month Husky has severe hair loss & patches. Why isn't vet medicine working?

I have Siberian husky of 8 months he is having sever hair fall n I have noticed patches on his back near tail. I had visited vet n he gave 2 medicine safe skin lotion it's contents are ( clobetasol propionate ofloxacin, miconazole nitrate n zinc sulphate lotion) n Gutwell it's supplement. But hair loss is sever not n patches have increased. Now patches r on face also. Is it very sever. Climate here is 34 degree Celsius. Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | unneutered | 20 lbs

Hi there and thank you for your post! Judging from the photos you have provided and seeing that Prince is a young dog, I would suspect demodex mites as the primary cause. Allergies is another possibility but I would have Prince examined by your vet to have the appropriate tests performed (such as a skin scraping to check for mites) to get Prince the most appropriate treatment.
