Hello, I received a kitten yesterday that is appr 3 weeks old. I am feeding him kittten milk. He ate well yesterday but regurgitated allot of milk during the night. This morning he drank well but since then not much and has been sleeping for most of the day. He also regurgitated a smaller amount of milk today. His stools are very hard but he is urinating when stimulated. Should I try some electrolyte solution to keep him from dehydrating? Could I have overfed him? He weighs 300grams. Thanks

From what you are describing it sounds to me that Bucky was simply Over fed. kitten stomachs are very small, so you should aim to feed small amounts more often. For. 3 week old 300g kitten I would advise feeding for 14 ml fed 6-7 times per day. This is my favourite brand of kitten milk replacer to give little Bucky http://m.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=1969
