Why is my pet mouse hunched, lethargic, with constant sticky poop?

My female pet mouse was fine yesterday, acting normal and everything. Icheck on her tonight and she looks rough. She has a hunched back and is moving very slow and lethargic. She has very sticky poo and it's coming out at almost a constant pace. What could be the problem? Her cagemate is doing fine and acting normally. Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Female | unspayed

It sounds like a gastrointestinal infection, the hunched back is probably due to abdominal pain. i advice you to take her to the vet ASAP in order to have the stools checked (take a sample with you to the vet), she will probably need a course of deworming and antibiotics.
