My dog collapsed, shook, and was unresponsive after rain. Seizure?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 4 years and 7 months old | 97 lbs

dog went outside in a rain storm just rain and wind on his leash to go potty upon returning I side he stared off and was shaking he than fell over and was in responsive for a min or two than he began to become aware and he event and ate his dinner he is getting back to himself a little at a time what could have happens? he is a bluepit and lab mix 4 years old and around 100 lbs

This sounds like he may have had a seizure. Sometimes these happen for no reason (epilepsy) from stress or anxiety other times there maybe a medical reason. Since he is returning to normal and doing better you can monitor for any further episodes if he has another seizure then he needs to be examined to see what is going on and possibly started in medicine.
